Donald J. Miller is a Residential Real Estate appraiser, Certified #1701104, issued 09/06/1991, in the state of Washington and is also FHA/HUD approved appraiser. Mr. Miller is self employed full time real estate appraiser doing 1-4 family residential and FHA/HUD appraisals in Yakima County for the past 22 years.
Martha is also a residential real estate appraiser, Licensed #1600475, issued 01/2000, in the state of Washington. Martha has been with Benchmark Appraisal since 01/1992 and has been completing 1-4 family residential appraisals and she is also FHA/HUD approved appraiser covering Yakima County.
